Affordable Home Enhancements LLC agrees to install the equipment in a workmanlike manner in accordance with the following conditions: A) Customers will make the premises available without interruption during normal working hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, Excluding holidays. B) Customer Understands that the installation will necessitate drilling into various parts of the premises. Affordable Home Enhancements LLC intends to generally conceal piping in the furnished areas of the premises, however, there may be areas in which due to construction, decoration, or furnishing of the premises, Affordable Home Enhancements LLC determines in its sole discretion, that it would be impractical to conceal the piping in such cases, the piping will be exposed. C) The Customer agrees to provide 110ac Electrical Outlets at designated locations for equipment requiring AC power within 4’ of the equipment, this is to be done by a licensed electrician.

Customer warrants that the customer (1) has requested the equipment/service specified in this agreement for its own use and not for the benefit of a third party; (2) Owns the premises in which the equipment will be installed or that the customer had the authority to engage Affordable Home Enhancements to carry out the installation in the premises; and (3) will comply with all laws, codes, and regulations pertaining to the use of the equipment/services.
